    What: 47th Annual Julefest, a cultural community event in Ballard transforms the Museum grounds into a traditional outdoor Christmas market

    When: Friday Night Market November 22 5-9p 21+; Sat + Sun, November 23 + 24 10a-5p

    What: ScanFair brings Scandinavia to Portland through traditional food and drink vendors; an entertainment program focused on cultural heritage; games, activities, and crafts
